And I'm back to my old habit of listening to podcasts! I've been thinking of starting this blog way back early 2014 but I had few schedules that kept me busy for a while.
To start off, we must first define what a podcast means. PODCAST as defined by Meriam Webster Dictionary is a program (as of music or talk) made available in digital format for automatic download over the Internet. For me, it's basically the most convenient way of sharing your creative media files with people who might find your material interesting. It is a good avenue of sharing your skills and talent to the world, without having you pay much or going through all those tedious audition to fit for a project. A normal but creative group of people can start a podcast and make it far too. Make sure you also encourage people to hear or watch your thing to gain followers and be a future star (you'll never know until you try!). I myself would want to have my own podcast thing to be shared to public. Like a talk show kind! :)
Anyway, all I want to share with this blog is some reviews (just my thoughts) of podcasts that I've listened to and currently following.
The Cave Podcast. This is the first podcast that I followed from Day 1 to date. It's a show catered for men who wants to get practical advise from men. Hosted by Rovilson Fernandez, Mark Nelson, Stephen Khu and Erwan Huessaff, this show would really give a man good answers on their question about being a true guy. Each week, they have interesting topics with bonus of a (hot) female guest which would give a twist on whatever will be tackled. The female guest would also voice out their opinion on how men should/could be, giving the audience the opinion from both sides of sexuality. What I also love about this podcast is that they would have the setup in different places, like the host's pad or a restobar which they may also own or that of their sponsor. Housed by extrarice.tv, its available through iTunes, and YouTube.
Coffee Break. On the other hand, is an all-female show which tackles some girly stuff and also socially relevant topics, hosted by Chely Esguerra, Lynn Pinugu, Ana Oposa and Bianca Gonzales. This got my interest mainly because of a post by Bianca G. about the podcast and the rest is history. Its a weekly show and they normally start off by giving their piece of fact for the day and ends it with Top 5 about the day's topic. They also invite over guests who is an expert or mindful of the topic to be discussed. It's under New Media Factory TV (NMFTv) It's available via iTunes only.
