It's not only more fun in the Philippines, it's more creative too!
This is what welcomed us last Saturday at Robinson's Magnolia. a Lego version of Philippine map with different historical landmarks of the country.
It is but surprising to see the beauty of the Philippines in it's Lego form. Seeing it more detailed is truly amazing and creative just by using these little toy pieces. I captured some photos and will share it here for you to enjoy. :)
This is really what caught my attention. Seeing this two landmarks, Paoay Church and Bangui Windmills, which I visited just last year is so cute. How they formed each landmark is really one-of-a-kind since I know, Lego haven't released a series of Philippine landmark such as this.
A very timely view of two of the most renowned sites of the Philippines. Central Visayas region was severely hit by a 7.2 magnitude earthquake last week which resulted in the destruction of the landmarks above (Chocolate Hills, Basilica Minore De San Sebastian). I also got to see this, at least before the tragedy happened, which gives us a reminder to give importance to our very own beautiful country before they are gone.
They also showcased some country fiesta and see how magnificent each creation was made. I just got one photo (Kadayawan Festival of Davao) but there are few more of these in this exhibit.
Some of the trademarks of the Philippines are also showcased in Lego form.
